Realism in this context means to make his photos look like they actually happened and not like they were artificially made in photoshop.
Photos must have the same lighting and angles.
It’s easier to create a place rather than to find one because you won’t have to compromise your ideas.
Erik starts all his creations with a sketch, then combines the images.
Eriks conclusion is that “We have all the tools to create, but our imagination limits us”.
